He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine in London, England, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Portland, Oregon, and a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Previously he was a tenured professor with over 50 research publications in scientific journals, and worked for a time as a research scientist in Silicon Valley. He currently manages a team of research scientists and engineers developing software for intelligent video systems. He lives in Clovis with his wife and two children. |
