Ardis Margison		Community volunteer and retired teacher and event planner. Ms. Margison has worked and traveled to different cities throughout the Country and has hands-on experience of different cultures, markets, and business organizations.

Bob Whalen		Attorney at Law and current City of Clovis Council Member. Bob Whalen is former mayor of Clovis with extensive knowledge of the business, demographics, culture and environment for the in Central California.

Carlos Martinez		Employed at the City of Clovis. Mr. Martinez has an undergraduate degree in business administration and a master’s degree in public administration. In the past, Mr. Martinez has severed as board member for Fresno Barrios Unidos, executive committee member of the California 5-A-Day Campaign through the UC Davis extension, and Health Care Roundable Action Team Member at Fresno Metro Ministry. He is also an adjunct faculty member in the Business Division at Fresno City College.

Craig Scharton		Director of the Economic Development Department at the City of Fresno and director of the Downtown and Community Revitalization Department. As a former City Council Member of the City of Fresno, Scharton has extensive understanding of the local and regional market as well as its strengths and weaknesses.

David Young		Environmental manager at the United Research Services (URS) possessing extensive knowledge of environmental practices, architecture, and engineering industries.

Deborah Ikeda		Current Vice-President of Instruction and Student Services at State Center Community College District, North Centers. Ikeda has clear understanding of the job market and regional educational needs.

Emil Milevoj		University Business Center Director at California State University, Fresno. Milevoj has experience in serving local private enterprise and public organizations with corporate training, business education, and business development services.

Ethan Smith		Pearson Realty Vice President. Smith has extensive experience in the local and regional real state market including retail, office, and industrial clusters.

Farzin Aghdasi		Dr. Farzin Aghdasi is a senior manager in the video systems engineering department of Pelco. Pelco is the world’s largest manufacturer of electronic video surveillance equipment and is the largest private employer in Clovis and Fresno County. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine in London, England, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Portland, Oregon, and a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Previously he was a tenured professor with over 50 research publications in scientific journals, and worked for a time as a research scientist in Silicon Valley. He currently manages a team of research scientists and engineers developing software for intelligent video systems. He lives in Clovis with his wife and two children.

Jan Waegele		Has more than 30 years of experience as a real estate broker in the residential and commercial market. She has extensive experience in residential and feasibility, commercial development exposure and multiple unit development.

Jeff Hensley		Owner and CEO of Hensley Associates. Hensley has operated his own communication agency for more than 20 years, developing unique experience in organizational development, communication planning and process design, strategic public relations, branding, and capacity and training.

Joe Bezerra		Has more than 35 years of extensive experience in commercial agricultural production and marketing management; local, regional, and state government policy; and multi-university research administrative management. He is the founding Executive Director of the California State University Agricultural Research Initiative (ARI) and the Director of Operations of the California Agricultural Technology Institute (CATI). He previously served as the Julio R. Gallo Director’s Chair at California State University, Fresno and as an elected rural Central Valley county supervisor. He is an active member of numerous professional organizations and has been recognized for his accomplishments by the International WHO’S WHO of Professionals

Josh Brewer		Entrepreneur and business owner. Josh encourages and supports the development of new businesses in the region. He has been an entrepreneur for the last 20 years operating his own construction business in Central California.

Judith Preuss		Retired vice-president of the Clovis Chamber of Commerce. Served 16 years in the Fresno County 4-H Program. For the last 21 years, has served as President of the Miss Clovis/Miss America Scholarship Association program. Judith served on the Herndon-Shepherd Specific Plan Committee; ran for two different public offices; and was Chairman of the Committee that established the Federal Sierra Heritage Scenic Byway and Wild Flower Trail in Fresno County. Judith is Treasurer of the TC3 Committee, and in 2007, had her paper “Understanding, Fostering, and Managing “Creativity” published for review at the XXIV International Association of Science Parks World Conference in Barcelona, Spain. She is an alumni of Leadership Clovis, Treasurer of the Clovis-Big Dry Creek Historical Society, and Secretary of Soroptimist International of Clovis.

Kevin Dale		Attorney at Law with extensive experience in employment law. Currently with Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo Law Offices. Mr. Dale is very familiar with the current employment market, industries and market demographics.

Mike Dozier		Interim Director at California State University, Fresno, Office of Community and Economic Development. He is also Lead Executive, Secretariat for the California Partnership for the San Joaquin Valley. Dozier was born and raised in central Pennsylvania, moved to Atlanta at age 15 where he attended high school. He spent five years in the Air Force. He came to California in 1981 where he attended Merced College and California State University Stanislaus. He has served assistant to the City Manager/Planning Director at the City of Livingston, Redevelopment Director in Atwater and in 1992, he joined the City of Clovis as Project Manager. In 1997, he became Director of Community and Economic Development for the City of Clovis.

Nancy Morrison		Currently member of the Planning Commission at the City of Clovis. Morrison has experience in planning, variances, plan amendments and environmental entitlements. She currently works for the City of Fresno as a Parks and Planning Coordinator.

Ralph Berkebile		CEO and Software Engineer for Data Management Associates (DMA). Berkebile has over 20 years of information management experience in project management, change and process management, enterprise architecture, strategy, planning, design and development, and large systems implementation. He is certified and trained in various toolsets including Microsoft, IBM and Hewlett Packard. He has served as board director or member in the Sea Links Golf Course and Home Owners Association, Database Processing Management Association, Developer and Solution Partner, and the Regional Jobs Initiative Software Development Cluster.

Peter Kalocsai		Founder of KaloVision Inc. Dr. Kalocsai has 17 years of experience in biometrics. He has worked researcher for UCLA and Pelco. He has written over 40 peer-reviewed publications in the area of biometrics. Peter also has extensive experience in a start-up environment working at three different early stage companies: EyeMatic Interfaces, BioDiscovery, and U1 Consulting Group before founding KaloVision. Peter holds three graduate degrees, two from the University of Southern California and one from the University of Texas at Austin

Tina Sumner		Interim Community and Economic Development Director for the City of Clovis, California. She has worked for the City of Clovis in the redevelopment and economic development field for over 20 years. Tina has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Public Administration from California State University, Fresno. In addition to her work at the City of Clovis, Tina is adjunct faculty, teaching political science for the State Center Community College District. During her tenure at the City of Clovis Tina has served on a number of boards including: Community Housing Leadership Board, Community Housing Council, International Right of Way Association, Clovis Boys & Girls Club and most recently TC3 (Technopolis Central California Collaborative).

Sara Allinder		Sara Allinder works as a land use and environmental planner for PMC, a private consulting firm that focuses on providing municipal services. With over 8 years of planning experience, Ms. Allinder specializes in urban land use planning and management. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Environmental Science and English from University of California, Riverside. Ms. Allinder went on to receive her Masters in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. In addition to her primary profession, Ms. Allinder serves on the board for TC3 (Technopolis Central California Collaborative)
