Starting in July 2007, TC3 has conducted several Symposia to educate the public in the technopolis concept. The events were held as follow:

Hundreds of attendees benefited from these events. At the July 19 event, TC3 members were introduced to the public. A delegation recently attending the International Association of Science Parks (IASP) in Barcelona, shared their experience. Four papers were submitted and accepted for publication at this conference while one was presented by TC3 president Santanu Banerjee.

The October 30 event brought as keynote speaker professor Dominique Yvon Fache, an engineer and professor at the University of Paris Sorbonne. In 1972, he participated as Vice-Director and Planner for the emerging science city Sophia-Antipolis, in Valbonne, France.

The May 8, 2008 event brought several technology companies emerging in the Central Valley from the Central Valley Business Incubator and the Claude Laval Water and Energy Incubator at California State University, Fresno.
